What Does the Ashoka Aptitude Assessment Actually Test?
This is not a conventional aptitude or entrance exam.
The AAA is a pure aptitude test, designed to assess:
Logical reasoning

Time pressure is not extreme.
What makes the test challenging is that many questions are difficult to interpret, not difficult to calculate.
Difficulty Level: What Is a “Good” Score on AAA?

30+ out of 40 → Very strong score. Should lead to shortlists.
Low 20s → Average
Below that → Unlikely to get a shortlist
Since there is no negative marking, intelligent attempts are rewarded. Shortlists are announced within 10 to 14 days of the test.
